Disclaimer

Read this before you use Pons City.

Pons City is a game about a digital Manhattan. This page explains, in plain words, what the city is and is not, what a digital deed means, and what can go wrong. Using the site means you have read it.

A digital city, not real estate

The map is a compressed, fictional interpretation of Manhattan with 684 addresses across 13 neighborhoods. Buildings, landmarks and street names are inspired by New York but do not correspond to real parcels or properties. A digital deed is an entry in a smart contract on Robinhood Chain. It gives no rights to any physical property, land, building or company, and it is not a security, a share, or a claim on anyone’s revenue.

Tokens, purchases and rewards

Paid ownership uses CITY, a token on Robinhood Chain. Buying, upgrading or reselling a deed is a token transaction that you sign in your own wallet. Qualifying deposits are refundable under the rules in the city charter and the contract code; the contract, not this website, decides when and how much.

Holder rewards come only from creator fees that the reward vault actually receives. There is no fixed, minimum or guaranteed return. Rewards can be small, delayed, or zero for long periods. Each day’s budget releases over 24 hours under the published rules, and the Pons protocol can change fee routing under its own rules. Nothing on this site is a forecast.

Risks you accept

Until an independent review is published, the vault contract is an unaudited release candidate. Smart contracts can have bugs. Blockchains can halt or reorganize. Wallet mistakes, sending to the wrong address, and approving the wrong contract are irreversible. The CITY token can lose value quickly, including to zero. Only use funds you can afford to lose entirely.

No advice, no offer

Nothing on Pons City is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. You are responsible for your own decisions, for the laws that apply where you live, and for any taxes on what you do here. Do not use Pons City if doing so is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Independent project

Pons City is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Robinhood Markets, Robinhood Chain, or the Pons protocol beyond using their public infrastructure. Their names and marks belong to their owners.

Free apartments and your device

Free apartments are saved in your browser on your device. Sharing a room link shares a design, not proof of ownership or any onchain record. The site does not create accounts or collect personal data itself; wallet connections and transactions happen inside your wallet software, which has its own terms and privacy practices.

Changes

This page and the site can change. The city charter sets the economic rules in plain language, and the contract code governs what happens onchain. If they ever differ, the code is what runs.
